Families

This course helps families—caregivers and their children—develop essential skills for fostering healthy, peaceful relationships by guiding caregivers to model emotional regulation and mindfulness as children learn to understand and manage their own emotions.

Black Families

Awaken Pittsburgh has teamed up with Homewood Children’s Village and the University of Pittsburgh's Center on Race and Social Problems to provide mindfulness training for nonprofit professionals, parents, and educators in Homewood.

Bias Awareness

This course offers experienced practitioners a space to uncover and explore unconscious biases, understand how and why bias exists in all of us, and develop skills to minimize the harm it can cause.
