“Mindfulness can help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, improve mental health and a list of other health related issues. It is difficult to take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves. We all need to open our minds and learn how to work together, be non-judgmental and open our hearts to becoming a better person. The mindfulness class has definitely made a positive difference in my life and I will always try to pass-on the knowledge and compassion to others.”
