About
Are you looking for a way to create a daily mindfulness and meditation practice, or deepen the practice you already have? This fully online, evidence-based program is for you. In this course, you will build your skills to cope with daily stressors, strengthen your resilience, and increase your capacity for compassion and empathy.
In Mindful Connections™ for Personal Wellness, course topics include:
- A basic introduction to mindfulness, including research that supports the practice
- Dealing with stress, difficult emotions and events
- Understanding and improving relationships
- Mindful communication
- Forgiveness and gratitude

9 weekly 1.5-hour class sessions plus a half day of practice

Anyone who wants to increase their mental health and wellbeing or begin to have a regular mindfulness practice in their lives.

Pricing – $250 ($25 per session)
