November 12 Day of Mindfulness

Awaken Pittsburgh is hosting this half day of Mindfulness practice from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM. This an opportunity to experience a range of practices, including sitting and walking meditation, a body scan, mindful eating, and personal reflection time.
This event will be held largely in silence, and led with minimal instruction, so we encourage some familiarity with mindfulness practice in advance.
