Mindful Connections for Wellness

Mindful Connections is Awaken Pittsburgh’s proprietary program designed to help you create a space for mindfulness and meditation in your own life. You will learn tools to help you stay focused and grounded and, in turn, positively impact your relationships with others.

Learn how to:

  • Cope with daily stressors
  • Become more resilient
  • Increase compassion and empathy
  • Develop your own regular mindfulness practice

TIMES/DATES:  9 Saturday Mornings, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM via Zoom online video conferencing:

February 15 – April 12

This course includes an optional half-day of in-person practice together on a weekend TBD.
